Step 1: Open a hard drive (here referred to C disk), click View on the menu bar, tap Show/hide and then check the box before Hidden items.

Step 1: Open Libraries or a hard disk, select View in the menu bar and choose Options to open the Folder Options.
Step 2: In the Folder Options window, tap View, and uncheck the box before Hide protected operating system files (Recommended), as shown in the picture below.
Step 3: As the following warning window turns up, click Yes to display these files.
Step 4: In the Folder Options interface, check the box before Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and tap OK.
